Log into your Menza account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
